Jessica DeVivo joined the law firm in 2002, and has been active in disputes related to ocean and inland transportation, international charter parties, bills of lading, service contracts, import and export cargo, piracy, pollution, collisions, and vessel arrests. As a retired USCG licensed sailing Captain, she also conducts hearings involving the International Racing Rules of Sailing before International Juries, The US Sailing Review Board, and The International Sailing Federation. Her pro bono activities include Board Membership serving environmental and educational concerns.
