The Federal Court ( 1875 - 1936 ).  This vintage picture postcard shows the northeast face of the General Post Office completed in 1875 at Broadway and Park Row in Manhattan. Before it was torn down in 1939, it was also home to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and Southern District of New York Federal Courts.  [ Continued ]
